The Name

Why we call it Moriah.

The name comes from Genesis 22:14 — the mountain where, scripture says, the Lord himself provided. It felt like the right name for work built entirely from what's already been given: nothing invented, nothing added, only the King James Gospels themselves, shaped into an image.

Every piece in the collection follows the same rule. The text is the art. Nothing is decoration.
